Hatha Flow Yoga with Kat Tsaousi
Hatha Flow is a dynamic form of yoga, with asana (body postures) threaded together on the breath. Combining elements of Ashtanga and Hatha yoga, this practice builds strength and agility while having the calming effects of a moving meditation. This class explores mini sequences in depth by slowing down key asana transition(s) and focusing on alignment. Build strength, increase flexibility, develop body awareness, experience mental clarity and relax. The practice is different every week!
LEVEL: Beginner to Intermediate
Several mats are available but if you have your own please bring it along.
Standard rate is £8 per class, block bookings (6 weeks) available for £40. 25% discount for your 1st ever class and for every class you bring a new friend you get 50% discount.
