This is an 8-week mindfulness based stress reduction course for anyone interested in being more present, less stressed, and better able to tune into life a bit more. No meditation experience is necessary and all ages and abilities are welcome. This will be a small class of 10 people so book early.
Runs for 8 consecutive weeks from Tuesday 4th February, ends on March 31st.
Your teacher is fully qualified with a Masters degree in mindfulness from Bangor University School of Psychology, certificate of competence from the Centre for Mindfulness Practice and Research, 30 years experience of dealing with challenge, and has taught hundreds of people in Bristol. He is registered with the UK Mindfulness Teacher’s Network and abides by their Good Practice Guidelines so you are in good hands.
