Yoga on Thursday with Beth

Thursdays 6pm 23rd Feb, 2nd March, 9th March 16th March, 23rd March & 30th March. £8.

We now have a weekly yoga class on Thursday’s from 6-7pm. Beth has 9 years experience practicing and teaching yoga and is excited to share the space with you. Combining full body movement with breathing and mindfulness, enjoy a yoga flow sequence promoting strength, stretching and full relaxation (that’s the best bit, right!?) Expect to be challenged in new poses and supported as you grow your practice week by week. Class size is limited to 12 people. Please bring your own mat.
