HOURS Privacy Policy 2018

This privacy policy sets out how HOURS uses and protects any information that you give when using the HOURS website, or subscribing to the HOURS newsletter.

HOURS is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. This policy is effective from 1.6.2018.

What we collect  regarding our services at HOURS: We collect all the information you give us to facilitate normal communications e.g, email, phone numbers, Facebook and other social media addresses, and postal addresses.

What we collect when you subscribe to our Mailchimp newsletter: We only collect your name and email address.

What we do with the information we gather: We use your information to communicate about news and current business, and if you have subscribed to our newsletter, to send that to you. We may also periodically send information or promotional emails using the email address which you have provided, directly from hello@hours-space.com.

Security: We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. However, where there are links to other websites within the HOURS site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy statement. You should exercise caution and look at the privacy statement applicable to the website in question.

If you have signed up to the newsletter from HOURS, you may change your mind at any time by unsubscribing from the newsletter, or by writing to us, or emailing us at hello@hours-space.com. If you unsubscribe from the newsletter, we also delete all contact details that we hold for you.

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we are required by law to do so. You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998.
